Formed in 1996 Sterling Filtration Limited was conceived to satisfy the need for a ‘single-source’ for the filtration demands of an increasingly complex technical marketplace. Serving the requirements of industry, commercial and public sector vehicles, heavy plant and agricultural machinery the accent from day one has always been to provide quality products at competitive prices with a high service level. Stock levels are meticulously managed to provide an excellent first-pick availability coupled with depth for regular usage items.
Personal attention to clients needs, assistance in defining and then solving filtration problems and the benefit of many years of filtration experience are key ingredients in the service offered by all members of staff.
Keeping in touch with technological developments to ensure appropriate filtration products are available in good time is increasingly important in today’s marketplace and is a particular aspect held dear by Sterling Filtration Limited.
Apart from regular, current production filters Sterling Filtration Limited offers purpose made products based on used samples and low volume special builds replacing obsolete lines from mainstream filter manufacturers.
Today Sterling Filtration Limited operates from a modern warehouse facility in the heart of the industrialised West Midlands with a fully trained and motivated staff waiting to handle the next filtration challenge….
TERMS and CONDITIONS of TRADE
In these Terms;
“Buyer” means the person who accepts the Seller’s written quotation for the sale of the Goods or whose written order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;
“Contract” means the contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods;
“Goods” means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any part for them) which the Seller is to supply in accordance with these Terms;
“Seller” means Sterling Filtration Limited (Company No. 3226779) whose registered office is at Unit 3, Meadwood Industrial Estate, Bath Street, Bilston, West Midlands, WV14 0ST; and
“Terms” means the standard terms of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller.
(save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these Terms.
