If you require a filter element and do not have accurate application information or the part number you can offer us the dimensions. The image above demonstrates the three key dimensions we require, they are the outside diameter (A), the inside diameter or bore (B) and the overall length (C). Other useful information when describing your element is, is it closed at one end, does it have a closed end with a bolt hole, is there a captive O-ring or seal, is it paper, mesh or glass fibre? If the element is a spin-on canister we also need to know the thread size.
